Playing Hooky

I didn't do any minis this morning.  I went out and got new chairs for the back porch.

We needed at least four and have been struggling along with two for a long time.  Now that we have four, we can eat outside when the kids come over. 

Speaking of the kids... Seth made me this pot for mother's day.  I planted some stuff in it.  Now that I look at the photo, I think that it needs a couple more plants on this side.

I can fix that. There is no shortage of plants around here.

I took the one good chair that I got at the thrift shop yesterday and made a place to sit and work on the computer or read a good book against the far wall. 

I think that I am going to get rid of the glass towers on that side.  They just aren't doing anything for me.  I need more plant space over there.

The fig tree is not looking good this year.  It never did come back from losing most of it's limbs to frost a couple of years ago... We may just have to remove it and do something else in that spot. The pomegranates are coming on strong though. So all is not lost.

I am going back to the castle now.  Tessie can't stop me! She is involved in her kitchen renovation.  It sure is quiet... Mind you, I am NOT complaining!
