OK. I talked it over with Letty.  I told her that she should choose the trailer...

If she does, Tessie will be begging for it before I finish it. 

If she begs, I will make her sign an agreement that says that she will give Letty the choice of any of the other house kits that I have. And she will not harass the new owner to trade theirs for the trailer... I think that this is going to work... We shall see...

First they discussed the benefits of owning a trailer... Tessie was all for Letty having that one.  She has no idea what plans I have for that one... I have a much larger shower tower than Zar's.

The magnolia, Tessie kept telling Letty that it would be a lot of work and it would take a lot of time to finish. 

I did mention to both that it could be changed.  The design could be changed.

I dragged the Harrison from under the bed and neither Tessie or Letty were fast enough to get that one... Now it seems that Kota wants a house of his own... I don't think that he will get this one.  It is not his kind of house.  Lots of little rooms that he couldn't fit into.

So anyway, I am going to start the trailer tomorrow.  It should be interesting as to who becomes the owner...
