Tessie has a bad case of the above right now... Every where I go, she follows.
I almost crushed her when I tried to weight the house down with my favorite cook book.
I don't cook from it, I just use it to weight things... It works well. Maybe one of these days I will have to try some of the recipes...
Anyway, whilst the book was on the side of the upturned house, she refused to leave, for fear that something might happen to HER store.
One step at a time. It is drying nicely...
Spike keeps trying to get her to feed him. I guess that I will have to give him some of my lunch... She isn't budging as long as I am working there...
My big mistake of the day was going into the workroom for some tools... One of the drawers was open from when I was sorting yesterday...
She made me promise that she could sort through the stuff that I took out for the shop... Then she proceeded to go through the bedroom drawer and started dragging pieces out that she thought would sell... Not necessarily things that I want to part with!
She is watching me closely now. I came in here to write the blog and there she sits... She has been taking notes on anything and everything in the workroom that she can sell in the antique shop... She really wants a trip around the world... Or at least a European Tour like the Victorians use to take...
She told me so!
I am off the work on the antique shop... The sooner I am done, the sooner she will leave me alone!
I am not holding my breath... With my luck, she may hold out for the first round trip to Mars... She has been reading too many Edgar Rice Burroughs novels. At present, she is in the middle of "A Princess of Mars" and keeps asking me how she can get elected Princess... Elected? Princess?" Mars???"
I really doubt that the Martians would put up with her...
Back to work.
See you tomorrow.

If you decide to let Tessie sell that little wardrobe she's leaning on, I'll buy it. Maybe if she sells enough for her vacation, you'll get some quiet time for yourself!
Nope. If I let Tessie sell everything she gets her hands on, I probably wouldn't have a house to live in either, Connie!
Hello Casey,
Did you ever consider a restraining order? Just for a few days so you can work in peace...
Big hug
Giac
Giac, a restraining order would never work. Tessie can get in anywhere unnoticed.
