I changed it a little from the original. Just use your own judgment on colors. These are very close but what looks like gray in the border was more brown in the original. That's just how it printed.
As I said previously, I am going to try making it a square rug, although I do like the way this version looks. I still have time to change my mind.
Marlene commented on yesterday's entry and asked how big mine was going to be....It all depends on what count of fabric or canvas. I am using 26 count congress cloth, so mine would be about 4" by 5". Simply divide the # of stitches in the pattern by the count of the fabric that you want to use. I count 103 X 129.
As usual, the pattern is for personal use only please don't try to publish or sell it. Thanks.
Sorry that this is so short, but I have to get back to yucky housework.
See you tomorrow....................................................................................................HEY!!! This is Tessie! Casey had me locked in a closet. I got out just in time to pounce on the computer before she pushed the send button. HELP!!!!

Well done casey, I hope tessie is not able to zap me here in the Uk for that comment!!
Thank you Casey, the pattern is very cute. When I saw it I thought "OMG has she already done with it?" then I saw it's a pattern and I breathed more easily. You are superhumanly fast but that it'd have been too much for my nerves!Minihugs Rosana
Thnaks for sharing, Casey, good you got Tessie under control (at least for a while ;-)
Love, Susanne
Preciosa alfombra rusa, el punto de cruz es mi debilidad.
Un abrazo

I thought, as Rosanna did that you had finished the rug already! I really wouldn't have been surprised if you had. It's really beautiful.
Beautiful pattern Casey. I,m sure that you'll finish this one before I'll finish mine.
Hey! There are 13,287 stitches in this one. Nobody is that fast!LOL In fact, I just frogged about 50 stitches. That outer blue and beige border is going to drive me crazy before it is finished!
Dont worry Tessie, I'm phoning the police they should be there shortly!
oh and if this is Casey that's a very lovely rug, just ignore the words up on top I was having a moment.
Love
Marisa
Hi Casey, I've counted the stitches in my rug today.(crazy but funny) and I have to do 35750 stitches. I'm almost halfway now so only a few hours to go... LOL
Rianne, I told you that it was a mistake to count!LOL Good luck with the rest of the 35750 stitches!
