OK, Tessie. You Guard the Door......

First I hung up the serious sign.....That's the one that, if you are smart, you will heed.

Once you pass this point, you may never return. Especially if you don't have a string tied between your foot and the door handle......

Next, Tessie takes up her post on the same door handle....She is my early warning system for any person or persons approaching.

She points at the signs and yells a lot.

I was out most of the morning running errands. Now that I am home, I have decided to have another go at the workroom/junkyard....

I did some serious damage this week, what with building shelves, electrifying and putting in ceilings. It is amazing how much havoc a few little jobs can cause.

I tend to grab something that I need from the workroom and then forget where I left the item. Then if I don't find it, be it tool or material for building, I go get another from said workroom. I start getting antsy when I find 4 bottles of Fast Grab glue and 3 bottles of light ivory paint here and there around the family room. I know that, when I finally find 3 T squares out of their cage, it is time to try to corral everything and get it back into the workroom.

You will notice that I didn't even let you have a peek at what is behind door #1. That's how horrible it is.

Besides the usual warning sign on the door, today I have my "Mind the Gap" sign from the London Underground. That is indicating that, if you go into the gap between the door and the frame, you do so at your own risk. Neither Tessie or I am responsible for what happens to you.

The Garfield sign is just a statement of fact....I AM short and I don't think that I am going to grow taller any time soon.

The Kasey's Kloset sign was just something that I did to try out some new pens....OK so I am not always the greatest speller....Thank goodness for spellcheck!

The Magic Broom Closet sign is a nice metal one that I bought at Walmart a few years ago at Halloween. It seems appropriate. Tessie likes it because the metal box with a magnet on the back sticks to it and gives her a better view.

Now. I am going to tie this big piece of rope to my left ankle and Tessie is going to hold onto the other end for a while. Sooner or later, she will either get bored or see something in the workroom that interests her. When she does, I just hope that she remembers to tie the rope to the door handle.

I am not even going to try to do any minis today. I can't find anything to work with at present. I am going to be very brave and run headlong into the mess. No more stalling.....

See you tomorrow..... "Tessie! Don't let go of that rope!"

Be vewy vewy careful in there Casey!
I've been cleaning my work room for over a week and can finally see the floor but there is still stuff to trip over. I have no idea where I am going to put it all! Don't tell me that I should get rid of it either!
I NEED all of this stuff!
Maybe we should have a race to see who gets finished first? I'm not taking any bets.

Casey, please make sure the rope is secure, couldn't bare the thought of you getting lost in there.
Been having so much trouble leaving comments on everyone's posts. But wanted you to know I've been popping in every day...xxx
