There is Gonda of Gonda's Miniature http://gondasminiaturen.blogspot.com/ Lots of different and interesting minis to see.
There are Norma, Jose, Chris and Lucia Soares. I have no websites for any of them.
Last, but not least is Arantxa of Las Miniaturas de los Talis http://www.miniaturasdelostalis.com/ She does some very nice painted furniture, among other things.
