The Deed Is Done!

The top of the bookcase now looks like this... Bookshop, Tessie's sewing cottage, Spike's Crypt, Minutiae, and the Mystery House... 

It looks kind of bare up there.

 The bedroom is now over crowded... Tessie hasn't seen it yet... It probably won't take long.  She will want to be part of every fairytale in the castle. I plan to start at the top and work down...

The part to the left will probably be one of the last ones that I work on.  It is the whole reason for the castle. It's at the center bottom.

The three kids in the photo are in the front yard of their house and between the three of them, they are dreaming about all of the fairy tales in the rest of the castle...

No two kids think of the same exact castle, therefore each part is a different style of architecture.

The castle was built by me.  Most everything inside is of my making... I will tell you about each room as I clean out the mess.  April suggested that I get a mini vacuum to clean it out.  It is really dusty.  Not in to bad a shape otherwise... I think that I will just send Tessie in with brooms, dust cloths and other cleaning paraphernalia.  It should only take her a couple of years to finish.  That's one way to keep her out of my hair for a while.
