I have decided that they are a more suitable height than the Chinese chest that the castle stands upon when it is finished.
I have no desire to stand on a step stool whilst cleaning the castle!
I am going to arrange these two chests to hold the castle while I work.
The base of it is about 2 feet by 3 1/2 or 4 feet.
Seth, April and Walter are going to get it down for me either Saturday or Sunday. I will stand behind them on the floor, in case someone starts to drop something!
Once we get that down, the guys will put another building or two up there to take it's place.
I got all of the furniture moved before 8:30 this morning.
Now I am being lazy.
I will probably not want to look at a miniature of any kind until the castle comes down. Actually I am looking forward to seeing the inside of the castle again. It has been up there for about 10 years. I am not looking forward to cleaning all of the dust and cobwebs out of it's corners.
Wish me luck. I am going to need it. One room at a time...

Casey, I have been trolling through your blog from the beginning, because I find it all so compelling. This morning I read of Mookie's death. When my friend came to pick me up, she said "Have you been crying?" Well, it's not like I bawled my eyes out, but I did shed a few tears. I am a cat lover too.
