My Favorite Mini...

April called this morning to ask if we wanted company.  Of course we said yes. Silly question!

My favorite mini is growing by leaps and bounds.  He turned five in November! I can't really call him a mini anymore.

They came over with a specific project in mind. April wanted to build Amare a Tyrannosaurs Rex puppet for him.

I pulled out that set of drawing supplies that I bought a couple of months ago and went to work. 

It was decided that it would be a finger puppet.  I would do the drawing and Amare would color it with the pens in that set.

Scary!

I am sending the set of art supplies home with him.  He will get more use out of them than I would.  I see many T Rex puppets in his future.  We made a copy on the computer so that he can print more out when he wants to.

We finished the day with a puppet show and they just left about four o' clock.

I am happy to report that I finished April's socks while she was here and they went home with her.

I still have quite a bit of sock yarn left over.  There may be enough to make Amare some to match.  We shall see.
