This morning, April came to see how I was doing... I was doing fine.
Then the home healthcare lady came... I was still doing fine... She said so!
Then I looked outside... Not so fine...
In case you can't tell, that blob right in the middle of the photo is the tank with the fairy garden inside... I will NOT be doing anything outside today!!! No way!
Then I went into the workroom to see if I could find something a bit less wet to do....
OK. So it's not wet. That still doesn't mean that I want to do it... I do NOT wish to start cleaning. At least not today.
My excuse is, whilst it is raining, this room is very cold! Very, very cold!!
I have decided to follow Kota's instructions. Several of you said I should... He's the boss... And Giac even called him Sargent!
So.... I am going to tuck myself under a blanket beside Kota and snuggle for the rest of the day...
Now all I have to do is find the blanket.
See you tomorrow!

Wise choice Casey. Glad you're feeling better today but don't be fooled- you still need your rest! God bless. - Marilyn D., Oromocto, NB, Canada
Tucking under the blanket sounds good, Casey, and the best thing for you right now. Rest as much as you feel like. Praying for your healing and well being!
Now I know you have a whole bunch of restrictions about that cleaning stuff including ones that says no vacuuming, no bending, no lifting over 10 lbs. I LOVED having an excuse that said someone else had to vacuum.
Ah, a home healthcare nurse, just what I have been doing for the past 23 years !! Hope you are doing ok and not having too much pain. Thinking about you !
Hello Casey,
Very wise of you not to contradict the sergeant! Take it easy and rest up. We need you in top form!
Big hug
Giac
Glad you are home and doing "fine". Take it easy, rest, and heal. You need to be patient, the cleaning can wait!
You are so brave Casey. Rest up and get completely better soon.
Take good care of yourself Casey, give yourself big hugs and remember to pamper yourself, you have been through so much!! Your head is probably buzzing with ideas and I will look forward to hearing what you are thinking about it the future. Great you are home safe and sound. All the very best!
Big Hugs, Jean
You need to rest, rest, rest.
Hugs and stay warm and cozy.
