A Sticky Situation...

I went out for a while this morning.  When I returned, I started stringing the inside tree...bookcase.

I like the right side. Not so happy with the left side so far.

The top branch looks too thick from straight on.  Needs more work.

When I got to this stage, Walter called.... Oops!  Not a good thing to pick up the phone with glue covered hands.

Don't suggest rubber gloves.  I was using some before he called and found it much easier to manipulate the string without them.

I simply kept a wet paper towel close at all times and did a lot of wiping...
The supervisor sat in the chair next to me... Yes. I pulled up and extra chair just for him.

If I don't, he sits on the floor and meows mournfully until he gets his way.

He had a great time chasing the string.  I made sure that it was cut each time I put new on, so that he wouldn't stick to things.

Anyway, a good time was had by all...

I am going back to see what I can do about that thick branch over the door.

See you tomorrow.

Hi Casey! You have the patience of a saint. I don't know how you do it. Having Kota around helps, I suppose. It must be hard to get that glue off your hands. I know I find it hard to do so. Just hate having glue on my fingertips and nails. Drives me nuts. Have not been working on my house lately. Just too tired because of all the work I have been doing, you know what I mean. Won't mention anything. Will be so glad when October 19 comes around, I can't tell you how. It's especially my eyes that get tired from being on the computer so much. See ya tamarra! Chuckling here!
