Collective Change of Mind....

Tessie and I had a heart to heart talk this morning... We sat down to discuss the kitchen once again and both blurted out "NO MORE CURVES!" At the same time...

We decided that the bathroom was enough.

I started by drawing the floor plan of the kitchen.  It is not very large.

Tessie's only comment was, "There's no way that I can play jacks on the floor of this kitchen!"

I explained to her that she couldn't, no matter what size it was.  It has no flat surfaces.  Rocks...

I kept drawing.  First the refrigerator.  Tessie requested a mixture of barn wood and maybe a bit of leather and metal... Like, "Steampunk it up a little?"

I think that I am going to just wing it and see what happens...

This is already a mixed up cottage.  What harm will a little barn and Steampunk do?

Next was the stove. Now that has real possibilities as a Steampunk element.  This could be fun...

By the time I got to the sink side, I was getting tired of pushing a pencil around. I made a note at the top of the page before I even started... In case you can't read it, it says... "Tired of drawing now!"

If only Tessie would stop pointing out things that she wants done and look to her left and upwards.

She is now making adjustments to the sink.  I had it as a soapstone sink... She is asking about copper or stainless steel....

Maybe she will get the hint if I just magically disappear...  Leaving now...

See you tomorrow.  Not so sure about Tessie.  She will probably be standing in the same spot.  Listing complaints...and changes.

Hi Casey. I had to laugh! You and your Alter Ego Tessie are an amusing duo.
Oh yes, the kitchen looks good.
