Somebody Stop Me!!!
I thought that I had another one hiding someplace... I did... And another one besides... Total three in all and they just barely hold all of the bracelets and watches that I have made over the years!
I started making bracelets back in the early nineties when I was teaching bead classes at a shop here in town...
The bracelet on the left end of this bar is the very first one that I made... The one next to it was the second...
After that, I lost track of which came next and so on and so forth....
I only know that once I started, I couldn't stop. I do still wear some of them. The one that Tessie has her hand behind is my all time favorite and it gets worn a lot.
She keeps pestering me to find beads that are small enough to make the same bracelets in her size... It's not going to happen... No such thing.
The last one is mostly more recent bracelets. I keep finding other techniques that I want to try...
I tell her to hold me back... It's no use. She just keeps egging me on. So far, she has found #18 beads. Those are really small, but still not small enough to make her any of the bracelets that she wants. Thank goodness!
Please don't send suggestions for ways to find smaller beads! I wouldn't be able to see the holes!
There are 49 bracelets in the photo and I am sure that I could find more if I tried... I am not going to try. I am going to go hide from the beads for a while... I need to figure out a way to stop making bracelets and watchbands.... After all, I only have two wrists!
See you tomorrow.
I am going back into the workroom now and sort other things.
