Only a Day or Two....

Yesterday, the new top for Kota's cat tree arrived... The old top was just barely big enough for him to sit in, let alone sleep.  He curled up in there and hung out over all of the edges.

As soon as this one got here, he climbed in and refused to leave, even long enough for us to install it on top...

I have the feeling that we are going to have to lock him up to get it done.

This morning I started working on the Forest Fantasy Cottage again.

I found that I don't really have any Chrysnbon bathroom stuff left to work with.

I put the last piece that I have in there for size...

Hey!  I am desperate.  I am using two spools and a bowl to see where I want the sink to go.

I Think that I will be doing some scratch building.

I did get the shower curtain installed.  One thing down and LOTS to go.

This is what happens when I stop for a couple of days... It doesn't take long!

I guess it would be a good idea to clear out all of this stuff so that I can do some more painting on the stonework...

I blame it all on Tessie.  I leave and she makes the mess.

Anyway, I am going back now and take everything out of the living room and then I will get started painting, once again....

Back to work.  See you tomorrow.

It's a lovely cat tree and Kota looks so content sitting there! Probably watching you work! He is so blessed to have found such a loving forever home with you and Walter. It looks like you have all your work cut out for you! See you tomorrow!

Hello Casey,
Using the spools is not desperate, it's resourceful! If you are considering scratch building the vanity, it might be great to have something that mimics the gorgeous stand. I can't wait to see your design.
Big hug,
Giac

Casey... I looked at that toilet bowl next to Tessie. Seems to me pretty small in comparison.

Pernille, I agree. All I was using it for is to see what I was going to use. Obviously NOT that one!G
