Sooner or later, I am going to catch a photo of Fluffy Hudson. When he takes a bath in the water dish, there isn't much water left when he is finished.
He fluffs up and splashes around just like the smaller birds do...
However, if he sees me, he gives me the evil eye and flies off. No posing for this guy!
Now about the new rug. I couldn't find it this morning. I was not in the embroidery box.
I found Tessie and Zar in a deep discussion about whether it was going to fit or not...
I finally suggested that they try it in the actual room, instead of wasting their collective breath, arguing...
Good news! It is going to fit.
Bad news... I have to go to a movie to get more floor material, if I am going to change the floor in the observatory.
Just in case anybody is interested in trying this one out, I re did the pattern this morning.
It took a couple of hours, but now it is fit to print and use.
As usual, if you use the pattern, it is an original and should not be used for commercial purposes. Credit where credit is due and all that sort of thing.
When I finish it will be a lot brighter than the pattern. I left it blank so that you can fill in the blanks, so to speak.
I am doing all of the patterns in black. The border is done with copper metallic thread in the dots. There will be some of that in the body of the design also.
After all, this is a bit Steampunkish. I hope to finish the black today. That will make the rest easier.
Back to the thread and needle portion of the day. I have to go break up an argument over colors.
See you tomorrow.

Hello Casey,
I repeat: I just love this pattern. It almost makes me want to try making my own...almost ;)
Big hug,
Giac
Go for it Giac! You could easily do it. This one is very simple to do.
Thank you for the pattern. One day, when I get my large embroidery magnifying glass/light I will be able to attempt it.
