The Old Switch-A-Roo.....

It was another one of those three o'clock in the morning ideas that seemed reasonable at the time....Now I am asking myself, "What was I thinking!?!"

The house and table that you see in the first photo were in the bedroom, the rocker was in the workroom....Move to family room. Check!

It's just a good thing that I have "Sliders".

Before I could put the table where it is now, I had to find a place for the crooked house and the worktable with the weaver's cottage on it.
Sliders!  Going into the fray...  The crooked house was pretty straightforward, as far as the move itself...It was the idea that I had to find a place for the small table that the phone usually sits on in the bedroom.  As of now, it is still in the front hall...Homeless.

Please disregard the stack of shadow boxes on the chair....That is the cleaner part of the mess that I am making.

Of course then I had to rearrange the pictures on the wall to fit around the house.  More holes in the wall...
and more holes to plug.

There are still piles on the counter in the kitchen and piles on the table and piles on the bed and....and.....

Did I mention that I had to take two drawers out of  the worktable in order to make it movable?

I did.  I couldn't believe the things that I found in there, that had been missing for ages...

That's where Tessie and Zar decided to but in.  I am kind of glad that they did.  Zar was shedding tears of joy.  He found his black leather jacket...I think that the motorcycle boots are still in the Clockwork Caravan, so they weren't in question.

Tessie found her spare pogo stick... Not quite as emotional a find as the jacket.  Like I said, she has two.
Anyway, I just now got the weaver's cottage and table moved.  I am going to have to find a better cloth to cover the table and the sewing cabinet is going to a better home, when I figure out where that is...

The Terrible Two are making all kinds of noise over what they have unearthed in that drawer.  I am afraid to ask what they found.  I am sure that they will be on my back for hiding their belongings any minute now.

I had better get back to work.  I need to at least make a path from the back door to the living room before Walter gets home in about three hours...Wish me luck!

See you tomorrow.

Nope. That can of Minihold is probably at least ten years old. I bought a few at once so that I wouldn't run out. this one is still going strong.

I place my furniture and never ever move it. Same spot for the last twelve years. I have a big mess...but the furniture stays. I don't know how you do. Too many decisions for me. I live watching from a far.....
