She's right. There are now three different colorways of Koigu sock yarn in the first one...I am trying to find a few more.
I forgot to show you the orange one on the right yesterday. I have been working on that one for about a week...It is the softest cotton, sock weight yarn that I have ever worked with. I cheated...That one was started with a whole ball, not just scraps.
The center one, is left overs from April's Christmas socks from last year. Waste not, want not...
OK. On the mini front, I finished the mattress for Nellie's bed this morning.
I put it in place and the Official Mattress Tester, Tessie(Try saying that three times fast!) showed up.
She was carrying a wine glass. Zar was trying to get it away from her, without much success.
She went straight to the top of the house, plonked the wineglass on the corner of the new mattress and jumped up on the bed.
All the while, Zar and Nellie were trying to get her down. You should have heard the ruckus....Or maybe you shouldn't have.
I did manage to get a photo of the test in progress. Don't ask how I did it. Just lucky enough to catch her at the top of a jump!
I am going to have to go back and get her out of there before she breaks the bed. If it's not already too late.....
See you tomorrow.
