I got back almost the same time that Walter got home from playing golf.We ate lunch and then I thought long and hard about mini-ing. I did straighten one of the terrariums. Tessie approved of that. She and Spike settled in there with snacks and magazines. I don't think that she has realized yet that the only way that she can get out of that particular terrarium is with a spell or two. It is completely glassed in. Ah.....The quiet.....Bliss....
I tiptoed out of the room and went to the workroom. I opened the door.....I closed the door before everything could fall out into the hall. It is now officially icky. I am not prepared to face icky today. I will start it first thing tomorrow morning. Or maybe it will be second or third..... I have to straighten a bit before I can go back to the Clockwork Cottage. It's not as bad as usual, but I want to attack before it is impossible. Why am I not a neat person that keeps everything in it's specified place?
After plotting a course of attack for tomorrow, I decided that discretion is the better part of valor and backed out of there.
As soon as I finish here I am going back to the distraction of yesterday. I have the back(largest piece) finished and part of one side too. I sewed it all together so that I could test fit it. It works.
The reason for sticking to this and finishing it fast is, April has asked for one for her remote. I have to finish it while she and Seth are off camping for a few days. See? I'm not the only one that likes pretty instead of industrial. I raised her right. I tell you, I am starting a fad. Soon everybody will be making remote cozies.....
Back to work. See you tomorrow.

At least you are having fun! :-)
Your remote control holder is really pretty.
You must be a kindred spirit... my creative space looks amazingly like yours! Oh, how I wish I could keep things orderly and in it's place.
