At one point, I had to retrieve something from my workroom. Remember me telling you that I was stepping over things and around other things yesterday........I am ashamed to say that this is what the entry to my workroom looked like when I left it. As I was stepping around and over things to get out the door, I accidentally knocked against one of the piles. Oops!!
I now know where I will be spending the day tomorrow. The only problem is, how do I get into the workroom to work on it? How do I get myself into these messes? Oh yes. I remember. That stupid craft show. I am thinking that it would be easier to just put a padlock on the door and a big sign that reads "CONDEMNED!". Or maybe I could throw in a grenade, slam the door and run really, really fast. Drat! I don't have the sign or a grenade. Neither one.
Meanwhile, the poor little neglected basket shop spent the day on a cabinet in the living room. It got to come out for about a minute to show progress, but not long enough to have anything done to it. I will work on it tomorrow. I know me. I will probably spend some time going to the door of the workroom, standing there looking in and shaking my head sadly. I will jump over the pile in the doorway and put some stuff away. I will do at least enough that I can get in the following day to put more stuff away. I have good intentions. Honest I do. I ask you. Which is more important? Is it spending time putting things away that I know will just get pulled out again in a day or two or is it finishing the basket shop? Really. Do I even have to ask???
See you tomorrow.
