Here comes the real world crashing in again! Among other things, I did six loads of wash today and cleaned the fridge. I know you don't want to hear about that though.
I did a lot of staining and cutting of shingles this morning, but I only got two rows done. I promise to do better tomorrow. I imagine that you are getting bored. I really am sorry. If I don't get to mini, I don't have much to put in the blog. Since it is a blog about minis, I doubt if you would like to see the pair of size 11 socks that I am knitting.
I promise to make up for it tomorrow and the rest of the week. Until I do, I will try to keep you amused.
Here are 3 miniature castle sites that will keep you busy at least until tomorrow.
http://purefantasycastles.com/ Shaun Crawford has some really interesting castles and cottages. He teaches classes in how to do some of these. It's a good site for ideas.
http://www.dollhousecastle.com/ This castle used to live in Sedona, AZ in Elaine Diehl's miniature shop. She built it! I had seen it in person and it is fantastic! If you ever get a chance, go see it!
http://www.msichicago.org/whats-here/exhibits/fairycastle/ The ultimate miniature castle! Colleen Moore's Fairy Castle. You can take a virtual tour here!
