First you Do the Outside....

OKI finished putting rockwork on the outside... Now I have to put the walls on the inside before I finish the front edge.

I also have to make a shelf and hanging unit for the other side.  But that comes after I get the walls in.  So I don't have to hurry on that.

I am glad that I made the first one.  It was going to be too wide. I had to cut it down by an inch in width.

I want to fit something in the corner, so I am not going to go all the way back with the shelving.

Tessie wants some kind of chair in that corner... She still has to pick one out or design it.

I think that the walls and the kidney shaped dressing table come next.

Tessie tells me that she is going to pick out the stuff that goes in the shelves before I make them. That way the shelves will be the right size for all of her things to fit in.

She came up with the idea of old fashioned glove boxes this morning.  That's going back a ways. Ladies used to have long skinny boxes that would fit  several pair of gloves in each one.

Guess who gets to design and make them.  Not her... We are still arguing as to where the rod for hanging her dresses and aprons is going to be.  That is, how high?

The wood at the left is going to be trim for the shelves... I fear that she is getting a bit elaborate. I may have to hold her back a bit. She wants to use it all!

Anyway, I have to go back now and keep her from choosing it all.  I am going to hide about half... The half that I don't want to use. Wish me luck!

See you tomorrow.

Tessie is a marvelous mess. LOL. I like how they are up on the roof, attempting to look like they're helping out. I love looking at the process.
