Juggling Bathroom Fixtures

Nothing is engraved in stone... So far.

I have most of the body of the crooked chest put together.

While I am thinking of it, someone made a comment that they would have to try bending wood by rolling it on their thigh. It wouldn't work.  It only works with illustration or mat board.  I imagine that the wood would just break.

I said illustration board in the first part of the paragraph and was too lazy to type in the whole thing the second time.  Sorry that I confused some of you.  My bad.

Anyway, here is the way that the piece looks at the present time.  I am back to waiting for glue to dry again....
I tried it out at the back of the bathroom... It may be fine there after it is finished, but with the tape on it, it is hard to see.
Tessie came in and moved it to the front edge of the room... I am not sure that I like it there either.  It blocks the window.

It may have to go elsewhere to live.

At present, we are arguing about it.

Tessie suggested that we put it in the townhouse bathroom and move the shelf that is in there... But. That one wouldn't fit in the Forest Fantasy either.  What to do?

I am more patient than Tessie. I am going to wait until the piece is finished and then decide.  Who knows?  It may lead to a whole new room in a whole new house...

Back to work.

See you tomorrow.

I can't begin to tell you how excited I am that you're making this cabinet. I want something similar in my contemporary dollhouse and just couldn't quite figure out how. Thank you for sharing!

Oh, I like it in the back corner of the bathroom myself! I think a lot will depend on how it's finished, but the fluid shape feels appropriate (to me) for a fairy cottage.

Hello Casey,
Weather it works in this bathroom or not, it will be a beautiful piece of furniture.
Big hug,
