I took it along to Wednesday Witches yesterday and I managed to finish the portion above the needle in the center portion.
For some reason, my camera insists that the center portion is more pink than it really is.
Anyway, I still like this one by the divan, upstairs.
I woke up about 2:15AM, thinking that it would be a good idea to put some of the minis up high, to make more room for other things.
I get the silliest ideas at that time of morning. Unfortunately, some of them stick until I wake up.
That's two trips...
I took the front porch in and put it atop the closet in the computer room...Then I went and got Tessie's Teas and put it up there. Yes. I had to get it down from the top of the bookcase in the bedroom to bring it in here.
Next I went for the Mid century mod box in the workroom...I didn't have to climb for that one.
And the Christmas Kitchen Island...I had to get on my hands and knees for that one. It was on the floor under the Clockwork Trailer.
OK I am not even going to try to keep track. I am in the middle of moving Tessie's townhouse from one side of the living room to the other. I will have to wait until Walter gets home to actually move that one. I can't lift it by myself... MDF is not a good idea for dollhouses when you like to move them around all of the time.
At least the move will only be about ten feet.
He eats better than I do....Carrots? Not my favorite food.
All of that red that you see on the ground is apple peels. They love the apples, but spit out the peels.
I am off to wait for Walter.

Sorry Trish, I sometimes forget that newer people don't necessarily know what I am talking about. The Wednesday Witches are a group of miniaturists that get together every Wednesday here in Tucson. We have been doing it for about thirty years now.

It's so amazing that you girls have been meeting for thirty years! I think it's so cute that the squirrels throw away the apple peels. I never knew they did that! You certainly had a busy morning, Casey! You must be very strong to have been able to move all those pieces!
Lucille, witches come and go. On average, we have around eight at any one time. It hasn't been the same people all that time. We do have a lot of fun.
Cute squirrel Casey, it made me laugh that they spit out the peels.
That's a lot of moving around - you have so many projects!
