It's All Kathie's Fault!

This is where I spent the morning....Up to my armpits in fabric.

Kathie wrote to me to tell me what kind of fabric she was interested in for the wicker.  I went to look and I couldn't find anything that I was looking for, so decided it was time to straighten and fold all of the stuff in the fabric closet...

I am about half way done.  I did find some fabric that may be suitable for the wicker.
She mentioned burgundy and hunter green...I mentioned white on white.  That led to these three color groups.  When I am finished with the closet I will line them up and let her choose.

Until she chooses, I am going to go back to other minis.  I don't imagine it will take her long, once I get the closet straightened and the pictures tooken.  Yes. I know that's not a real word.  That's a Tessie word.  She says that if you took some photos.  The photos were tooken, not taken....

Meanwhile, I have six of the baskets finished and four more to go.  Of course, Tessie has confiscated all of them.  She has nowhere in mind to put them, but they are officially hers until I say different...Why argue?  Later I will just magically make them disappear, one at a time.

Back to closet cleaning...

See you tomorrow.

"Make them magically disappear" - I knew it! I just knew it! You're magic as well. That really explains how you can do so many gorgeous minis in so short a time! Now it makes perfect sense! :-) - Marilyn

Hush Marilyn! Tessie thinks that I am just the big dork that lives here and does her bidding...

Lovely selection of fabrics! I'm surprised that Tessie hasn't asked you yet for an apron for each fabric in the closet ;)

Love your baskets. :D I really like the fabrics you've selected too. Can't wait to see what Kathie chooses.

I like the greens but the white on white would be really pretty too...

Casey ~ Are you a 'fabriholic' too? :) Anyways, your baskets look fantastic!

Nope. I am not a fabriholic... It's just that I have the goal of having more fabric than my favorite quilt shop....I am almost there.
