This is what happens when you leave a witch unattended with your drill....In case you can't quite see it, Tessie is holding the drill bit in her hands....Yes. I said hands, plural....
I guess she has had enough with the hole drilling. In her right hand is the shaft. In her left, the holy part...That's what she called it when she told me she had had enough and stomped on it.
Little does she know that I have more drill bits. Lots more.... And I have hidden them in a safe place.
The terrible two got the holes drilled for one more bassinet and the wires glued in.
Next picture. I went to Wednesday Witches and still managed to do about five times the wire work that the two of them claim to have done, put together.
I am not showing Claudia's chair yet. I did get some of the bottom done, but it's not coming out of hiding until I finish the bottom.
Incidentally, the two blocks of ceiling tile that Tessie has her feet resting on is the base for Sabiha's bassinet.
While at the mini meeting, I got this kit from one of my friends.
It is the house on the end.... Very tiny. 1/144" scale. I want to play with this new toy, but I will behave myself.
I must do wicker. I must do wicker. I must do wicker.....
Oh! One other thing. Unless something weird happens between now and the 15th, I think that I won the About.com Reader's Choice Mini Blog award....The polls closed last night at midnight and I was ahead. Thank you for hanging in there with me and voting every day. Now all we have to do is wait another week for the official results.
I am off to do more wicker.....I promise. The tiny house will just have to wait.
See you tomorrow.

You forgot the text part, Casey! :-D
I just checked the about.com comp - we have to wait until the 15th to hear! AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHH. How is Tessie holding up?
Christine, I didn't forget. I just pushed the wrong button!LOL There was a cat on my lap. That's my excuse and I'm sticking with it!
oops, sorry Casey, it must have been my blogger playing up. It has been so naughty lately - too many gremlins in the system. Off to enjoy my morning fix now. :-)
Crossed replies :-D
I am confident you will win. Best of luck at any rate. I am so impressed at all the mini's you make! Absolutely amazing. Connie
Casey, when you start on that little house, it would be fun to see the building process. Personally, I don't know how anyone can work in such a small scale. I don't even want to try. Yesterday, I did a 1:12 scale jug and I found it difficult. But, I did it and then I had to keep going. I could not stop.
Congratulations! Well deserved! March 15th can't come soon enough!
I know you have to make wicker, but I sure am excited to see you do this teeny tiny house! :D
Your so much stronger than I am! I would definitly have to take the little house out to take a peak!
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you and Tessie, But in my mind... You've already won! We all love reading your blogs:)
...hey...that the same mini hole making thingy I have! Love it to bits! lol
I'm pretty sure you won, Casey..but I'm afraid to say Congrats because I'm afraid I'll jinx ya! Let's just say you and Tessie are Champs in my book, no matter what.
OHhhh I am going to have to learn to do wicker..that looks like sunc fun. But I can't even buy stuff for it till I get Moggie Manor done..or I'll put that away to do the wicker. I am SO WEAK!
Love that lil' house! I suppose Tessie thinks it's hers, right? *sigh* lucky little witch. When I'm reincarnated I'm going to come back as a witch in your workshop so I can have goodies too, MMwhahaha! (Just kidding..one Tessie is enough of a cross to bear).
There has never been a blog more worthy of winning than yours! Cheers!
Go and play with the little house....Sabiha can wait hahahaha (sorry Sab ;-))
I do hope you have won Casey!!! You (and Tessie) certainly deserve it!
I'll add my congrats too Casey!!! This was a hard contest for me because I adore both you and Doreen's blog too, so I had to split my votes between you. You could tell by the voting how much you are both loved :) I can't wait to see what you do with that little kit- I don't know if I could work that small!
