I mean really. She volunteered to help measure the templates for the shingles this morning. I thought maybe if I didn't give her a hand getting up there she would leave.Nope...The first thing I knew, she dragged a tub of Mini-hold over to where the steps will be when I am finished. You may be asking why she didn't just witch herself up to the roof. I did ask her that very question. She said"I don't want to waste the power!" She is probably afraid that she won't have any left for later in the day when she wants to use it to harass Zar.
BTW, while I am thinking about it, last night I was tagged. I let Tessie answer the questions and pick the six to send it on to. (See previous entry.) I was having a great deal of trouble with the computer at the time so I am not sure if all of the comments on the blogs were saved. I hope that Tessie's message got through. I am not going to do her typing again today! She's on her own.
Back to the subject. Tessie had a bit more trouble at the next stage of the game.
She perched on the front railing of the gazebo and did a gigantic jump up to the edge of the roof. As she did it, I slipped in the piece of paper that I had just cut to size to see if it fit. It did. I was nice enough to give her a boost up because I wanted to measure the top and get it cut too.
When I get them to fit, I will cut pieces of poster board to fit and then apply the shingles to that.
There is not a cloud in the Tucson sky at present and it's 94°. She is up there muttering about getting the shingles on before the storm comes......Storm?
Do you think maybe she is making up stories to get it finished? She wouldn't do that would she? No....Not Tessie......
Anyway, I had better get back to it before she starts trying to shingle it herself. Remember the last time she tried to help with that particular task? Yup.....She nailed her skirt to the roof! I gotta go.

Maybe Tessie and my "Ezzie" are somehow linked. She's not even sculpted yet but she's already harassing me to get busy on her house. "And while you're at it, why don't you make me a body for pitty's sake?"
Do you think they're cousins or something? Maybe it's just a witch thing. Oy.
We're having lots of fun storms over the next few days. FH shut down and unplugged all the computers last night.

Hi Tessie. I think i have seen Casey with a tiny little laptop somewhere in one of the houses. I'm sure she has given one to one of the houses.
You need to have a good nose around and take your shopping bag with you.
You wont need wires or anything because its a wireless connection and then you are free to rule the blog world.
It will also be much easier than having to hop all over Caseys keyboard just to type.
You could also start a little blog and my witch Matilda will be your first follower... lol.
Debbie from tiny treasures has a wizard and lots of the other ladies have witches too. I bet Casey has never told you that?
I too have a wizard although he is still in the making but he's had a nose at you and is quite interested in becoming a follower too. He's a wise old wizard and will help you with your magic skills.
If you can't find that laptop let me know and i will send one to you.

Nikki! Who do you think is reading these gigantic e mails to Tessie and typing all of her answers? She couldn't get jumping to work. It wore her out. Also....Who takes the photos???? Sorry. I am just afraid that Tessie has too much fun doing other things to be writing a blog. She only thinks of that when she is bored. She loves you and all of the others that read about her. She is way to lazy to do the writing. LOL She is now up on the roof trying to finish the shingles that I started yesterday.
