Everybody Move Down!

All we need is the Mad Hatter and you. Then the tea party will be complete. Witches don't believe in waiting for daylight to start.

The table was set and the tea was made by 5:ooAM. Esmirelda and Catonia arrived on their brooms shortly thereafter. Zar roared up on the Steamcycle last. He was nice enough not to park on Tessie's new lawn. The witches weren't as nice. They just propped the brooms up on the corner of the gazebo.

This is the first time that Balthazar has encountered the three sisters.........I think that he is having visions of the first scene of Macbeth. He is being very careful to say the right thing.

The dogs have been relegated to the front path. There's not enough room for them and you too. You get priority!

I am afraid that we are all going to have to take turns getting to the cookies and tea. That is if we can get past the witches. By the way, Zar is not feeding Tessie his cookie. I am just a lousy photographer. The picture is kind of crowded and it was hard to get a shot of all of them at once.
As you can see, I didn't finish the rug. I will in the next couple of days. It's probably best that I didn't. Spilled tea and cookie crumbs on a new rug, not a good thing. I am going to go work on it right now.

See you tomorrow! Until then, PARTY ON!!!!!

It all looks very civilised at the Tea Party. x

Debbie, Tessie only let them use the GoldTeapot because she couldn't find her everyday one. She is being very careful not to break it. She wouldn't let them use the cups and saucers. She is saving the set for "inside" special occasions.

Sorry I am a little late - time difference and all that - but I will be glad to sit on the steps, and that way I can throw the odd crumb to the dogs. Can't wait for that tea although by the time I get there it will be soooo strong.

LOL....Move over......Me and Otis are coming in! Casey: don't you think that it's a little weird that there's all these witches and not a single kitty??? What's up with that? LOL!!!

Thanks for Tea! It's been a pleasure visiting!!! See ya'll again soon!! :)

I love strong tea with a bit of prickly pear honey. I have just enough left from the jar I bought the last time I was home. ;-)

I wonder... how is it that Zar was invited to the party, but Ms. Dovestone is absent? Not that I'm complaining... I have a feeling that the maid's background may require Zar to get some extra protection for the three sisters sometime. It's good that he has befriended the witchy trio.

Besides, witches make the best of friends! ;-)

Announcing 55 more guests from My Maharajah's Palace! They insisted they want to come, Casey! Its the feet they are all dying to see :D. But I want to see the rug :). I am pleased to inform that my 2nd piece is going well..finished the 1st few lines and the rug is still straight. Casey, do you start from the middle 1st. I wonder last night if that reduces mistakes (counting stitches).
