The Director of Projects Is In.....

I am still digging around to see what I already have that will go well in the Clockwork Cottage. This morning I found a brass bed that is all dressed, except for fancy pillows. Don't tell anybody. I stole them to use in another setting and never replaced them. I am thinking of starting from scratch and re dressing the whole thing.

The chair is one similar to a "Take A Seat". Cast resin. It needs some help. I think that the whole chair needs to be darker. I will have to rip the fabric off. I put it on when I first got the chair. I can't remember what color the resin beneath it was. I obviously didn't like it.

The geode slab is another one that I found somewhere years ago. I would like it as a table top similar to the one in the Burglar's Box. Now to find a base. Maybe one of the wooden chess pieces that I have hidden somewhere.......As soon as I find them.

I forgot to tell you. Yesterday Tessie found the director's chair. Being the "director of projects", she immediately confiscated it. She then found a fake zebra skin rug........She has gone Hollywood on me! Currently she is sitting to my left on a box of Kleenex, topped by the zebra skin rug(She swears it flies.), atop that is the director's chair and she tops off the whole pile! She figured out that she can see the computer screen perfectly from that position. Now she is "directing" me where to go on the computer. How do you like my wallpaper? It is from that Steampunk Wallpaper site that I gave you the URL for the other day. The pictured clock is real! I want one of these so bad. As soon as I'm rich.......

You may ask what happened to Reggie. Maybe you had better not........The last time I saw him he was trying to get back on the dragon so that he could fly over here to the desk. I'm afraid that the dragon doesn't tolerate anybody but Tessie. She has him trained well.....Poor Reggie!

I had better go rescue him. Tessie is too busy looking at this website for more clocks. http://www.klockwerks.com/ What an inspiration for mini clocks for the cottage! I wonder if it would hurt to wait a while to rescue Reggie? I guess I can always come back to the site after I get him off of the dragon.

See you tomorrow.

Casey. I love your bed as it is, although you may want to add some gadgets to it. I like all the colours and materials and think it suits your theme and ideas. Maybe strip them off and keep. Jazz up the frame with all your recent finds and bits from your many collections and then put the covers back on. You could also make the bed into a time machine. Or even better a dream machine with wires and tubes that strap to a head while sleeping. Oh that would be fab.
Do you remember the old music machines that would have played at victorian fairs. Well the inside of them would be a great inspiration for setting the bed to the type of dream needed. It would all work on little pins with the paper perforated where the needle needs to hit etc.
Gosh, i'm mad! Really, really going to bed now. No wonder i'm ill with all my late nights. I have to learn to stop doing this.

The girls had a good laugh seeing Reggie and the dragon.

They would also like to know if you made Tessie yourself or if you bought her. They think she is very pretty and funny. :)

Nikki, I may have to strike that bed. It's too big. So much for the pipe dreams.LOL

Yes Revee, I made Tessie. She is my mini me. I make most of my people. I'm glad that the girls like her.
