I didn't get a lot of minis done today. I was busy shopping...
I haven't done enough of that lately, so I decided to have some fun.
I found this decorating book by Jane Alexander. Looks interesting. It delves into making your home a sanctuary. I thought that everybody already did that... It goes into feng shui and other things to make it your own hideaway...
Then I found a bag of thin suede leather for three bucks. I can't pass up thin leather.
I got it home and got a surprise. Someone had tried to make some of the pieces into cowboy type neckerchiefs. I now have a bunch of tiny horseshoes and other adornments...
The other thing I got was a juicer... Walter and I want to do a bit of cleaning up the way we eat. We are terrible snackers... Maybe this will help. Not so much coke and coffee. And more healthy drinks. So far, so good. I had carrot, beet and celery, with fresh ginger for lunch. Not bad at all.
And NO! I am not going to juice cat food for Kota. No matter how much he whinges and whines! I learned the word whinge from one of my English friends. It just fits the way that Kota meows when he wants something...
OK. Now I should go do some mini-ing. Enough fooling around.
See you tomorrow.

I've been thinking about juicing. We have a juicer here but have just never used it. Great haul of thin leather.
but kitties love wheat grass juice and its good for them and for you.
My cats and the dog go crazy for the juice from canned peas and green beans.
Karin, Kota is a bit peculiar. Yesterday, I was eating an avocado and he stepped in and started licking the empty shell...
I have never seen any cat do that before!
My two cats enjoy a wide variety of fruits and veggies but what one likes is not always what the other one wants. Some things they are both crazy for. If you are sitting at the table Beans will knock a can of tomato juice right out of your hand trying to get at it but Zak has no interest in it.
