I have decided that my goal for the next little while is going to be 98 tangled pieces. Make that 99....
My friend Sue gave me a printer's drawer with 98 little compartments that are 1 3/4" by 2". Kind of ....Sort of.... All of them are pretty close to that, so I am using that as my measurement of choice.
I did 10 last night. Then I tried them in the slots. Mind you, it is going to take a lot of arranging and rearranging before the whole thing gets filled, but it is going to be fun to try to do it.
I am going to scatter the letters of the alphabet in different places. There will be tiny messages in it.
Look in the hole in the center of the top row for the first one....
You will have to poke the photo and enlarge it to read.
Tessie has been watching and has joined in. Anything I can do, she can do better.
See? She informed me, "You do know that it would be much easier if you would make me a normal sized pen. This giant thing is unwieldy. I keep writing on my toes!"
I guess I will have to make her a quill pen and an inkwell. I don't think that Pigma makes pens any smaller than the one that she is using. It has an .005 micro point, but the rest of it is just a little big.
She finished one and then got distracted. I was working on her sofa(number 99 on the list of tangles). She insisted that she wanted to do that herself....."I am a better wicker-er than you are! It's easier for me to get my fingers between the wires and wrap things around."
I let her have at it for a while. I went and got a Pepsi and when I got back she had indeed done a great job of "wrapping things around".
I am now going to go back and see if I can get her out of the mess that she has created. Then I am going to attempt to finish the sofa, before the inner six year old starts fiddling with the Pigma pen again. Wish me luck! I am going to need it.
See you tomorrow.

Reminds me of that song... 99 bottles of beer on the wall, 99 bottles of beer...
See if you can get Tessie singing and maybe she will leave you alone for a while?? :D
Love your pen drawings!
