Finding a Way Out...

This is the mess that is my worktable... I dug everything out from beneath it, this morning.

Why?

I was looking for the front door... I still haven't found it.

I still have to go through the piles on the floor. It has to be there somewhere... I hope...

Anyway, work is at a standstill for a bit.
I woke up with one of my "three in the morning ideas".  I thought that I should try the zebra rug that is in the townhouse in front of the leopard skin couch...

After all, the North African one that I have been working on for the living room no longer goes with the décor. 

So.  Here's the zebra.

The alternative is the printed rug that I have been working on.  This one was originally started for the townhouse... However...The colors go with the couch and drapes in here..

I asked Tessie her opinion.... She is now help whatsoever.  She suggested that I start a new one... No way!  No how!

Which one do you like better?  And can someone tell me where I put the front door? 

Two very important questions that I need answers to.... I am going now to look for the front door.  I know it's here somewhere... I hope...

    Hi Casey. I'm sure you will find the door. It's right where you left it last of course.
    I like the yellow printed rug better because it picks up the other colors of the room.

    I'd go with the zebra, myself - I like how the black and white sets off the yellow of the drapes.

    I like the Zebra rug, two comments and a wash as far as what we like! The door will be in the last place you look.

    You are both right... It will be right where I put it and the last place I look...

    Now about the rug. I guess I will have the tie breaking vote or Tessie will win and I will have to start a whole new one... Back to square one...

    I definitely like the leopard-skin rug!

    The yellow rug brings in too much yellow. With the leopard rug, you can add bits of a secondary color. such as the red.

    Just my opinion, but that's what I would do, for sure!

    The Zebra rug looks perfect in that room, love it.

    I really hope you didn't put the door in a safe place. I know whenever I put something in a safe place I never see it again!
